Back in 1968, the Luis family brought their cherished family recipes and the authentic taste of Zacatecas, Mexico to the United States. With a desire to share this genuine culinary experience, they established Chalio’s Mexican Restaurant in the bustling Los Angeles area. Today, there are two Chalio’s restaurants in Los Angeles, each offering a one-of-a-kind, authentic Mexican experience that captures the heart of their traditions.

For over 13 years, Chalio’s has been crafting incredible Mexican dishes, rich in flavor and spices, reminiscent of the finest chefs in Mexico.
